Shipping policy
This policy applies to orders placed on mission91.in, operated by Prismaedge Technologies Private Limited.
1. WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within India only, to all serviceable PIN codes, through reputed courier partners.
2. TIMELINES
- Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of order confirmation.
- Delivery: most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote PIN codes may take longer.
- Timelines are estimates, not guarantees; courier delays, weather and other events outside our control can affect delivery.
3. CHARGES
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges — the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
4. TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with you by email and/or WhatsApp on the contact details provided at checkout.
5. DELIVERY ISSUES
- If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and report it to us within 48 hours with photos.
- If an order is returned to us because it was undeliverable (wrong address, repeated failed attempts), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund of the product amount.
